While we take every precaution to protect your garments, in the rare event that an item is damaged while in our care, we will:
Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days may be disposed of or donated. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking such action.
For custom-made garments, a deposit is typically required. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Final payment is due upon completion and before pickup.
