2. Alteration Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with the fit or workmanship of alterations performed, please contact us within 7 days of picking up your garment. We will make reasonable adjustments at no additional charge, provided:

  • The garment has not been worn or damaged
  • The request is within the scope of the original work agreed upon
  • The adjustment is possible given the garment's construction

3. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has been completed. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Work was not performed as agreed
  • Significant errors in workmanship that cannot be corrected
  • Service was cancelled before work began

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service before work has begun, you may do so without penalty. If work has already started, cancellation fees may apply based on the amount of work completed.

5. Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to protect your garments, in the rare event that an item is damaged while in our care, we will:

  • Notify you immediately
  • Attempt to repair the damage at no charge
  • If repair is not possible, provide compensation based on the item's value and condition

6. Unclaimed Items

Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days may be disposed of or donated. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking such action.

7. Custom Work

For custom-made garments, a deposit is typically required. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Final payment is due upon completion and before pickup.
